Thank you for shopping at Meijia. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:
1. Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order.

Items must be returned in original condition, unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

Items that are worn, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return.
2. Return Process

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the item back.
3. Return Shipping Cost

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Meijia is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during the return shipment.
4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding any shipping fees paid for the original order and return shipping fees.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed after receiving the returned item.
5. Exchanges

Currently, Meijia does not support direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
